Chris Davis became a doctor of physical therapy and Megan became a registered dietitian to complement their training as CrossFit coaches to ensure that they can combine the aspects of proper nutrition, balanced and properly targeted workouts, and rehabilitation when necessary to get you to the best shape your body has ever been in and keep you there, no matter what your age.
