TriForce KIDS: An Initiative to excite kids about safe exercise and better eating.
We are so excited to announce the next phases of our gym. Coach Megan and I are SUPER passionate about being a part of the solution to the obesity epidemic. What a better way to do so than by reaching the next generation with healthy habits?! Our kids class is an initiative to get kids excited about safe exercise and healthy eating practices.
These classes are intended both for kids who play sports and those who don’t. Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Registered Dietitian, you can be confident that all current research is used to ensure both safety and effectiveness for your child during the workouts.
Your child will learn how to move safely and effectively. These classes are perfect for setting the foundation for your kids to live healthy and active lives for the next 60+ years. Classes include the basics of weightlifting, cardio, stretching, plyometrics and agility training. Don’t worry, these classes are specifically designed only for kids. The best part… they are FUN! All of the kids in these classes love coming.
8-14 year olds: Mon-Fri at 4 PM
Classes will last 45 minutes and will start on time, so please be prepared to have your child at the gym on time, and be prepared to pick them up at a quarter till. Classes will be a lot of FUN, but will also require some effort too. You know your child best, so please make sure that this is an appropriate activity for your child before signing up.

Your kids will get one class for free, and if they love it, they can sign up. Kids membership are 150$ for 10 classes, and can be spread out however works for your family over the span of 3 months.
